This 2500m2 facility with extensive external display and storage areas represents a good example of contemporary design. This eighteen month was completed in December 2012. The owners recognised that there would be significant challenges in continuing the day to day operations of the business from the site during the redevelopment and construction works. They also recognised the risks involved in managing a range of processes (council, design, compliance with the Toyota Australia’s requirements and construction delivery within the budget) that they were outside their field of experience. For these reasons they engaged navigation One to act on their behalf so that they could remain focussed on business operations. Principal of Bundaberg Toyota, Mr. David Hillier, has recently remarked that he was absolutely thrilled with the progress of the project and the way it has been designed, constructed and managed is a credit to all those involved.

Development management of a green field site for Hinterland Toyota at Robina (Gold Coast).The facility comprises a new car showroom with mezzanine office level, reception areas and customer café bar, service centre, administration and spare parts facility and extensive external vehicle parking and display areas. The scope of works included council development approvals, building approvals, detailed design development for the projects, managing an extensive tender process and construction management.
